Rest Week - Squires wanted an easy week to let me recover from hard six weeks! Only bad workout was race on Saturday. Went out good - 4:23 - 8:46 - then messed around to run 28:52. The traveling and the trade show made training hard. Feel ready to start pushing toward Boston!

Was a rest week - still sick - cold and strain ? in groin. Must see Doc back in U.S. Race was very good even though I felt bad. Went out hard - 23:15 at 8k to put XXXXXX away (he hates going out fast) and I won by 2 ½ minutes. If not sick would have run faster. Boston is possible in 2:08!!!!!!!!!!!!
